Several wildlife traffickers arrested in Lomé by Togolese authorities with support of TALFF project and Conservation Justice.
It is important to know that ivory found in Lome mainly comes from Central Africa and especially Gabon. During the last year, more than 9 tons of ivory have been seized in Togo or coming from Togo, despite there are almost no elephants left in Togo !
All EAGLE members and Conservation Justice have to try to replicate their activities in other countries to fight against illegal willdife trade. Congratulations to TALFF project and ANCE-TOGO !
