Bernad Nolo et ses complices Landry Mouamou\u00e9l\u00e9 et Jean-Bernard Akono. A Ovan, ce sont 26 kg d&#8217;ivoire qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 saisis au moment o\u00f9 Mahamat Sal\u00e9, Tchadien, et Lucien Kangala, Gabonais, tentaient de livrer leur marchandise.
